DANCING ON THE GALWAY STREETS

Her feet must ache at the end of the day 
For she dances on the streets of Galway 
Out comes a fiddle to strike up a tune
Dancing away not stopping anytime soon

Admiring glances from the passers by 
Those legs of hers nearly touch the sky 
Does it in the hope she will find fame at last 
Praying for a part in the Riverdance cast

The streets of Galway sees some sights 
Bar room brawls on Tuesday nights 
Seeing this dancer though during the day
Deserves every success I have to say
