The Dark One
Go to sleep I was told,
I feel far too old,
My room is cold,
And dark,
I see a shadow in the corner,
It has the devils mark,
I feel despair,
I’m in its lair,
The dark one has come,
It’s too late to run,
I want to cry,
I want to hide,
My life is over,
Now is goodbye.
