Dear Mother Nature
Dear Mother Nature,
                        I am writing you this letter, could you please do me a favour and make our weather better ? Whilst I understand Autumn season is almost over with your Winter wonderland looming near.. by- the-way I feel I’d like to say, “Thank you kindly for your dazzling displays of golden leaves full of Autumn cheer”Â
Never-the-less today is very wet and tomorrow will be the same I bet.. yet I realise it’s up to you dear Mother Nature what an earth we’re going to get..so instead of all this pouring rain which has saturated the land, whilst it has replenished all the reservoirs with needed water levels grand
May I please be so bold and I really hope you do not mind, tho this yearning in my heart is pleading with you to be kind..should you sit the yellow ball up in amidst the gloomy sky, it would change the colourless canvas and be very pleasing to one’s eye..
An odd shower of rain would be welcome now and then, maybe’s make it heavier through the night, before the morning sun again.. I await in anticipation to hear of your reply, as I look up to the heaven’s above with a twinkle in my eye

Hey JILL!!... apologies for not keeping up with much of your stuff of late...... I've been off of Cosmo for 10days or so.......I do like this letter to Mother nature.... so much of what is going on with weather around the world is all made worse by man's treatment of her in the first place.... if you look at my poem from yesterday you'll find a very similar picture with a very similar theme and "Mother Nature" in the title as well.....I always find it interesting when that happens.....I think we may have even found our picture's for these poems on the exact same 'Google images' page....... anyway, let me know what you think about the coincidence.......I thought it a charming thought when you wrote that it would be nice if it could rain through the night, just in time for sunshine in the morning!!
