Dear nutcase

Dear nutcase

To all the nutcases in power

Who wish to bring a nuclear shower

I ask do you not have a life

Do you not have children, a business and wife

When you're walking in your boots down the street

Do you not see people's eyes and souls to greet

Do you ever go shopping; do ordinary things

Walk-through a park; play on the swings

Do you consider people; their future

Do you bleed; red blood suture

Do you pray to God above

Do you have any love

Do you feel pain inside your heart

Do you feel hurt when apart

When you sleep at night

Do you dream or catch fright

Walking past the beggar on the corner

Did you read poetry little Jack Horner

Do you know what it is like to grieve

In your heart of hearts; when your breath leaves

Are you moved by sadness, by fears

Do you feel the feelings in your tears

Do you; do you feel

To all the nutcases in power

Who wish to bring a nuclear shower
