Poem -

The death of John Lennon

The death of John Lennon

A new day has begun
All the darkness has melted away
Into the west
And the meridians have come together
Years of tears have come
 for one particular man
Offerings make their journey to
the temple upon the head of the servant
Who in meditation prays:

John Lennon, long may he live

In her letting go Yoko Ono replied

"There is no funeral for John. John loved and prayed for the human race. Please do the same for him. Love, Yoko and Sean"
