Poem -

the death of one

one day a women came in a with a gun

i looked up in suspension

to see the most familiar face

a face twisted in pain twisted with sorrow

i let out the laugh that was saved for only the people i trusted

which was a mistake this person was the biggest person to never trust

as i laughed she lifted the gun to my face

i stared in her eyes oh how dead they were i told her do it

next i heard a sob then a bang

today i open my eyes to look in to a mirror

to see my killer now im more scared because

i now know that in my head im dead but now im a robot only alive

physically like the rest of the world

I think this is why so many zombie movies are filmed. Because so many relate to them naturally. Lots of emotion in this piece! Good job, Anthony
