DEMENTIA (French Retourne)

DEMENTIA (French Retourne)

My thoughts circle like birds of prey
Eyeing morsels of my psyche
Fragmenting my soul to the winds
A dimensional infraction

Eyeing morsels of my psyche
With murderous intent piercing
Reason, ravishing sanity
It coils this moment in frenzy

Fragmenting my soul to the winds
These thoughts dismember all of me
The door of existence closes
A sinister environ awaits

A dimensional infraction
Has relegated my locale
Into pandemonium's heart
Terrestrial life imperfect

Valerie Beasley...

Thank you.  My mother died from dementia two months ago.  It takes a person so far away...she did not know me.  I miss her, however, I am glad that I have many memories.
