Epidemocratic Pandemocracy

Now that this is critical
I guess it's time we learn
It's going to be pinacle 
This fast approaching turn
Really just political
But pretend to show concern 
Pass out the logistical 
And bridges start to burn

The "who" behind the curtain 
Someone few've ever seen
Hiding more for certain
Cover up, smoke screen 
Passing off the burden
Since first step on the scene
Be sure they get last word in
While on our weakness lean

Their infliction it distracts
Giving reason to detain
And socially impacts 
Leaves behind a global stain
We suffer the attacks 
So they can take the gain 
They cover up their tracks 
But can't relieve us of the pain

Causing mass demise
And thinking nothing of it 
Give war a "sick" disguise 
Then tell us to go shove it 
Cage us from the skies 
But trick us till we love it 
Keep feeding us their lies 
Till we up rise above it 

Panic is our state 
Keep distance of six feet
No grounds for debate 
And no room to retreat
With nothing to relate
Looks like "it" will defeat
Maybe this is fate 
It's due time to depleat
