Depression

Depression

D reaming of what really could be.
E xpressing feelings within me.
P ressing pause more often then not.
R emembering better times, tears so hot.
E xamining all the ideas in my mind.
S addened but continue to smile all the time.
S earching for answers, never to be found.
I ntentional self harm, tears fall to the ground.
O nly I feel I don't know what to do.
N ot everyone understands what's happening to you.

You know Charlotte, even to this day there are so many people who deny depression exists. But when you have been living it for many years. To others you seem fine when really. ... you're not.

Thank you very much.

Hello Manon...

Depression...

One of the wonderful works from the enemy...

The joy stealer...

The king of heartbreak...

The tools he uses to keep us in the dark because he knows what we can accomplish if we find the light...

He would love for us to kill ourselves...

Anything to stop us from our true destiny...

Great write on a subject that touches more and more people everyday...

Thank you for sharing...

Hugs...

You do know Sparrowsong I always look forward to your comments. They are always full of light and love. Yes depression is something-the enemy so many battle with and they don't even know they have it.

Depression in its own right is a disease amd one that with help and sometimes medication can be controlled.

Thank you again.
