Poem -

Depression

Fatigued I lay, atop my bed
Filled with an inconsolable worry and dread,
Writing only to escape my sorrow,
Lying to myself I'll be better tomorrow,
Mentally and physically darkness surrounds,
A terrible darkness whom knows no bounds,
This parasite entity shall I give it a name?
Depression, anxiety is who I blame.

The trick is to NOT bottle it up.
Keep writing...keep expressing...keep pouring it onto the page.

Fáilte go Cosmofunnel.
