Desire

I once fell for a man much older than meĀ 
with brown eyes that pierced the soulĀ 
a gleam in them and a face unlike any otherĀ 
When he looked at me I felt an instant rush, my heart pounded out of my chest
He was so wise beyond his years, though he had lived for quite a while
an accomplished doctor
Arrogant at times, an attractive kind of arroganceĀ 
Stubborn and strong willed, he knew what he wanted in lifeĀ 
He was my heart and soul
A delicious British accent, when he whispered in my ear I felt safeĀ 
Perfection in every formĀ 
My babyĀ
