"Different path"

Is it time to leave now? to leave alone....
I can hear a voice I cry alone...it's mine and do I ever wonder why?

A pounding heavy weight, its hard to tell if it has lifted, because the questions still rising, Shall I take a different path?

I'm scared of the unknown, it waits for me but the foolish think it's just curiosity when I ask yo
myself Shall I take a different path?

My eyes fill with tears, can't wait for my ascent....

A different route, a change of scenery  that's all I crave, will I find it..Shall I take a different path?

But I don't know what lies ahead,  I know that I'm here and that's about it.I could drift in my minds eye and visualise taking a different path...

The flame still burns, I'll stride along the path I choose, can't escape from myself can I? so how Shall I choose a different path?

Life can lead to many paths, some right but many wrong, can't toss a coin that's not art is it? I feel dejected and trodden, please search with me for my destination, languish with me in my sorrow as I try and find a different path....

What is it that I need? I can read between the lines but the message isn't clear.
There has to be a choice I can make to find the right path...

It's happiness I chase, with you by my side, together we can choose our path, there is another way.....together we Shall find a different path...
