I find such charm in reading great writers, who's song and imagery
Need but be aware of the effort compared by sullen predecessors
For often we find, the new writers mind, is content to swim in sewage
Then it expands the corruption of man, followed by corruption of language
For language has surely come from the observation of nature
And the minds matching symbols to objects observed
There's divinity in the images conveyed in simple words
The ballet created when a writer preserves
Honesty of God, in portrayals and conveyances
I am in awe when I find a simple bird, aloft
And in greater surprise when words deify
That simple bird in flight
For no matter how I sweat and try
I realize I am but a simple poet
Who spends his time, trying to divine
Great thinkers who just seem to know it......

This is such a soulful piece my dear friend...
Your humble words have touched me as a person whom writes from deep inspiration or an emotional haphazard...I thank you for sharing what I have been able to take on board in so many ways.
Thus observations in writings can be difficult but I observed something in this that certainly ...personally did not go unnoticed ...funnily enough I just wrote Excalibur before I read this...:)

Your words are spot on in this well written piece T`. Often when I can`t seem to get the right words for a poem I simply sit and meditate and look at my surroundings, it always helps me to understand what I need to put down on paper. Meditation always helps me find those words. Writing is a positive form of deep self expression and can mean so much more to the reader. You convey your thoughts very well and therefor you are in turn teaching others how to express themselves through their own writing. I have personally learned so much through reading your work, so keep at it for me! I am a simple writer, a `meat and two veg` writer, I don`t use fancy word games, just simple straight forward thoughts. then I sit and pray that they make sense to the reader. Well done for another great piece. I love you. G xx
