Poem -

Dirty City

In the end it's how you are remembered

was I good or was I bad

was it the best time I've ever had...it wasn't.

I don't know about you

but there still things I have to do

I wish I could change things but I can't

I wish I could do what makes everybody dance

but I'm trapped in this flesh prison

I'm trapped in this sphere of pain

it always seems like I'm gonna drown

because of all the pouring rain

So have a little pity

I'm stuck in this dirty city

I walk the streets alone

I don't even own a cell phone

when this life has passed

will I be first or will I be last

I will be myself

my life will never be on the shelf.
