Distance Lends Enchantment

Distance Lends Enchantment

I'm not going to Pisa
I'm going to Chesterfield
to be..inspired
and after if I have time
I shall be a druid
in Stonehenge..
I may just take in
a small strip of
the fuedal system
on the Isle of Axholme,
and sit on Hadrians Wall
maybe the Pyramids
will begin to fall..
and the Nile runs
into the Trent,
Rain Forrest showers
in Sherwood..
Giant Redwoods are bent,
sooner or later,
the same discarded
can of cola..
floats from
the Equator
