Poem -

Distractions of magnitude

Birthday clowns are still hired
For our daily entertainment
Even when our neighbors call them
Outdated
They just don't get it,  they even call it corny
Judge me,  wanna  warn me
Dishing out the disapproving nod and not spicing up the same old recipe
I try to tell them, I hired this clown
I made it this way
Cuz when I'm being made a fool of
I like knowing my debt has already been paid
