Do You Know Him

Jesus is lowly, oh how holy. He is born from a virgin womb, He is risen from His burial tomb.  He is more precious than any gem.  Have you personally taken the time to get to know Him. Oh! He's truly heaven sent, came to die for our sins and back to heaven He went, although He is the Son of Man, His father is Almighty Father God in heaven, He is the I Am That I Am, who has been given all power in His hands, from the breath of creation to the death and damnation, and in between all that Jesus is salvation and the price is free, paid in full when they crucified my Lord for you and me, you see He is and always has been the world's best friend.  He doesn't partake in faking, He's real and I know He can make me whole for I can feel Him in my soul.  While mankind treated Him unkind, He treated them sublime, by feeding the hungry, healing the sick and giving sight to the blind.  He healed the man with the leper, the man was made to be clothed and put in his right mind. He cast the demons out of the two men and sent them in the swine, He wanted them to enjoy themselves at the wedding while they dined, so He turned the water into wine.  You can call Him when you want him and you won't ever get a busy signal on the line, now He might not come when you want Him too, but He's always right on time. His intent is to teach the sinner to repent and He's content with us all obeying His father's commandments.  It was foretold that the King of Kings would come and if you believe in the Father, then you must believe in His Son.  If you believe in the King, you're going to have to believe in His kingdom.  See we, must first seek, the kingdom of God for surely it will come, and afterwards all things will be added to our sum.  Some say they'll never, but never say never 'cause you never know.  Peter told the Lord he'd never, Jesus showed him He knew better, told him he would deny, which means say no, three times before the cock could crow.  Oh!! it just goes to show, that He knows even when we don't know.  You are suppose too even unto thine ownself be true, but the Lord knows what you're going to do even before you do. He knows our going out and our coming in.  He knows the ones who love God, and the ones who love men.  He knows the hairs on our head and how many they number, which sometimes makes me stop and wonder.  Lord how could, the farther you'd stretch thou hand freely, when you knew you would surely catch a wretch like me.  Oh!!! Father God after all the wrong we've done, since the time that time begun, you still gave the life of your only begotten son.  That whosoever should believe in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  So I'll cherish your loving sacrifice, and your precious gift of eternal life and for all you do, Lord Jesus I choose you.  I choose you early in the morning when I'm stretching and I'm yawning and I'm thanking you for a new day dawning. I choose you late in the midnight when its bright with your moonlight, but something just ain't right.  I choose you for your power to have my sins forgiven despite my manner of living, even if I call in my last hour. I choose you to be my friend and guide me on the right path, so that in the end I don't have to try to hide from my God's wrath.  If I falter by the way I choose you to be the reason that I go to the altar to pray.  For it says " no man cometh to the Father except by the Son", so I choose you to be the one, to intercede, for me plead, for I will follow if you will lead.  For all those who are affected by my words or my voice, I choose to tell you that Jesus is my choice.  He's my bread of life that I choose to take, He's the head of my life that I choose to make.  I want to give my life, so that I can live  my life for Christ sake oh for Christ sake!!!!!
