Poem -

Do You Know What It's Like?

Do you know what it’s like to take a sharp object to your skin?

Do you remember telling yourself you won’t give in?

Do you know what it’s like wanting to die every single day?

Have you ever told yourself its better off this way?

Have you ever cried yourself to sleep?

Have you promised yourself that the cuts won’t go deep?

Do you remember telling your friends I’m sorry for the mess you have made?

Telling them you won’t pick up that blade

I’m sure you’re stronger than this

Think of the ones you’re going to miss

Stay strong. Remember this won’t last long
