DO YOUR BIT THIS CHRISTMAS

This is not a plea nor is it a request
It's only a suggestion to do what's best
My statement is do you bit this Christmas time
The explanation lies within this short little rhyme

You have food on the table a bed to sleep
Nothing at Christmas will make you weep
By doing your bit will make you feel good
Better than presents and cards ever could

Won't be any hardship to give a pound or two
Someone my friend is in a worse position than you
At the end of the day of course it's your choice
Everyone has an opinion and everyone has a voice
