They grace the Oceans with intelligence and speed
It's said they communicate amongst themselves, telepathically
They assist Man's Navy's, with amazing rescues out at sea
Perhaps they can teach us someday, to live in harmony....

Brains larger than our own
Dolphins have been here
25 million years
Don't you think it's obvious
Something to be learned here....

They're out there saving human lives
I see their souls as more than wise
A pearl of God's creation
A jewel across the Nations
With their gift of echo-location
They have a special worth
Perhaps, the most lovely thing on Earth

Often referred to, as "Spirit Rescuers"
I see them pointing the way one day
I pray to God we listen to what they say
It's possible they'll set us free
If we just treat them with dignity
Perhaps one day their spirit WILL
Take us far beyond the sea......
