Don’t bite off more then you can chew

Sometimes I sit here 
in doubt, and
Dread the moment 
I think I’ve got 
it all figured 
out.
There are times
I would rather
let go but,
I’m holding on
to the now
and I know,
The sound of the 
news gives me
jitters,
By now some know
I ain’t a quitter,
Life is sour at
times, it’s made 
me bitter,
Dont bite off 
more then 
you can 
chew,
For I’m a real 
go getter..
