Don't Block My Exit (Part 3)

Don't Block My Exit (Part 3)

When we saw the light

It quickly faded and the

Ghosts of our regrets clawed at our roots

Tugged at our bases and were touching

Our very souls as we traveled

Though the valley of death

Alone, the point was beyond

Driven home when we came

Upon a tree and a sharp stone

Where beside lied a poem

That said "you're alive, I'm dead"

And we were once again whipped

With the chains of regret

A bitter pain I would never forget

And yet we traveled on

In a world full of monsters,

Goons and the only thing

We could never undo
