Don't judge!

He sits alone on the cold ground,
Holding his hands out to the people around,
Hoping for a little bit of mercy,
Even just to be treat with a little bit of courtesy.
A smile to him means so much more,
Than people know that pass him sat on the floor.
He doesn't mean to scare the kids and look dirty,
God, this man is barely older than thirty.
He lost his home and at the same time his wife,
He cries and explains "I didn't chose this life"
God dealt him a card so cruel and unkind,
Yet people yell at him "A JOB YOU SHOULD FIND"
Little do they know- at one point he didn't want for anything
Poor health and a fire robbed him of everything
Have mercy- open your heart and let him in,
Because one day... you never know.... one day... you might be him!
