Don't Lose It !
These times can so often drive you crazy
So much can happen to breed frustration
But no one ever said that life would be easy
So try to remain calm in any chaotic situation !

Events can conspire to test your patience
You've to accept the unexpected can occur
You can wonder why so little makes any sense
But it's never in your interest to lose your temper !

Hey Richard great words to live by . I usually go walking or go golfing to relieve stress in my mind .life is hurtful enough but if you don't have an outlet it will kill you inside . Everyone needs something to help them get through life's rigors . Hugs to you rock
