A DOSE OF REALITY
A DOSE OF REALITY is what everyone needs in this world but very often the truth goes unheard.
When reality strikes you will you be prepared for it or will you get scared? Reality is something that we all must face. A majority of the time people try to avoid good advise although it can benefit the person that takes heed to instruction.
Today I'm thankful for God's grace because if it wasn't for him I would have gone insane a long time ago. "The saying is true, there is light at the end of the tunnel." I've certainly experienced life struggles but have not we all? A DOSE OF REALITY struck me when I was twenty eight. I guess it's never too late to learn.
During that chapter in my life I realized that I had to gain my independence and take care of my children. Finally, it dawned on me that this world owed me nothing! I was ready to make my life better and take the steps necessary to achieve my goals. I can truly say that a dose of reality made a tremendous difference in my life. A DOSE OF REALITY is what I needed to become the strong, independent woman that I am today.

A dose Kiesha, many need but few are fortunate to boast the essence of its gain, due to sought out self gratification, instead of one for all are the many.... Sometimes dead weight, is heavier then the true weight we have at hand, or in this case, on our shoulders.You are a strong woman, with a positive testimony to give and you gave it, (with the appearance to your readers), through this poem, with your head held high and with pride to have been (earned) not given.
