Poem -

Dragonfly

Shiny metalic oracle
Like a pharaohnic key
Pinned on an unfolded leaf
At the apex of destiny

Still life
Or death in motion
Wings outstretched
In contemplation

Named after a giant
And yet you are so small
Flat as 2 dimension
But 12 dimensions tall

Your power's in your neck
Like a mighty behemoth
Though your wings take you to heaven
Like a stealthy little moth

Innocent as a dove
You manouvre upon thin air
But every bug in your way
Should beware
