Drowning Myself

I only want to be happy,
Be happy being me,
Think thoughts I want to think,
Be who I want to be,

A prisoner of my own mind,
Watching life just pass me by,
Alone inside my empty cell,
Alone I sit and cry,

There is no one who knows me,
No one I can call my friend,
It seems there's no escape,
To my sorrow there is no end,

Screaming inside myself,
Will I ever be free from fears,
I flood myself with worry,
I'm drowning in my own tears......
