Poem -

Dry bones... nothing but dry bones

It's wearing me down

How long until the seed I have planted

germinates and strikes root

When will I see signs of life

Shall I keep watering the soil

Keep hoping for the miracle

Or should I conserve these

precious droplets

And ration them to myself

while I wait to die
