Dual with the devil

.
The devil whispered in my ear
Just watch while I break you
I turned around and began to laugh
that’s one thing you'll never do

Cos wo betide,
with my army by my side
I will put up one hell of a fight

And it's very rare
that I ever scare
especially when I know I'm right

So bring it on
I'm prepared and strong
I'll do whatever it takes

I'm ready now
I'll show you how
you’ll see how a hero's made

So come and dance
Take a chance
Devil if you dare

But think on this
Watch whatever you dish
cos one day I might end up down there

A write that oozes the perfection of timing and forethought...... what's even more interesting about this piece is the unusual formatting for a poem that, in its essence, is a 'Limerick'!!..,. the kind of 'sing song' rhyming that remains with the reader for quite some time after having read it!!...... brilliant work dear poet sister!!......ALL STARS!!..... well done MANDY!!......LOVE & ROCKETS!!......T xo ???✴?
