Dust Settles What Speech Could Not

Proud words plow cold smoke in air
But the longing for silence
Has stirred us square,
To wrestle with troubled earth
Packing down the soil
Of the disturbed dirt,
Dust blots the sky on the rise
Stars loose shine
Bloody fists dry over Angels puddled cries,
Why the suprise?
Chaos, people trampled when scattered
Wailing sirens sound of screaming kettles
With no help and nothing of value that now matters,
Dust falls
Speechless as life settles.

Geez...this was powerful and poetically loud, well I liked the rhyme scheme and the chaotic imagery painted a vivid mood and it had a well placed conclusion, great write
