This little tale is about Ellie the Elf
Always dressed in green and always in good health
Throughout the year she did her tasks and chores
However in December she would be helping Santa Claus

Christmas presents for children don't wrap themselves
Ellie called for assistance from other elves
This was the time of year Ellie liked the best
To see the enjoyment of kids she felt duly blessed
