Emotions

Emotions

We all cry sometimes just like the clouds need to rain
A little teardrop rolling down our cheeks is essential now and again
So the next time you feel liquid welling in your eye
Don’t be ashamed to let it flow it does us good to cry
Emotions are there for a valuable reason as sure as the sun shines upon us amidst the summer season

Never hide your hankerings they are a natural release
Crying buckets can eventually give you peace
We are full of feelings be it some more than others
which develope as a tiny fetus inside of our birth Mothers
Whether it be passion, sympathy, sentiment or shame
Each and every emotion is just our mental state and cannot claim blame

Learn to cherish your compassions
Treat them with great respect
They are not there for judgement nor to gain affect
Trickles of teardrops are merely the safety valves within our heart
After sorrowful tears are shed then follows a fresh start
An over sensitiveness of empathy is but a rawness of the soul
And a person who is indulgent in tender-heartedness is a charismatic character on the whole

A Lonely Journey

Hi Jillinator,
Beautifully written piece on a part of us that can make the world so hard to endure, yet, at times, so beautiful to behold.
Loved it. Nine stars.

Matthew.

Being Me

I agree, it does you the world of good to have a few tears... Obviously though, finding yourself crying all the time for nothing is not at all good... but then that is something else altogether. This poem flowed so well, Jill, as well as tears themselves flow. Fantastic x

Being Me Interjection:
I agree Being Great, if you blather on for months at a time, people start to get annoyed with you, and throw items at you, and that's so not conducive to your crying objectives. Once, I cried for 17 months straight, and got hit with a turnip. It hurt.
Sorry to interject, but I felt that must be said.
End of Being Awesome Interjection.

PS. Sorry, I always kid with Jillian, and you're great, too, so I figured my story would be pertinent in this matter. Thank you. Management.

Being Me

Yeah, Matthew, a turnip being thrown at you is not good, but sadly that is the sort of thing that happens when you cry for 17 months straight. At least it was only a turnip and not a pumpkin... Pumpkins hurt even worse... Pumpkins are bad news... Although they do make excellent carriages with the help of a magic wand x

Being Tremendous,
Thank you for understanding my interjection so well. Sometimes, when I interject, people think it's an interSECTION, and drive over me, but you're too nice for that.
I think laughing for long periods is often frowned upon, too, as once, when I laughed for 11 months straight, I was shown to some type of spongy room with a complete wardrobe of weird jackets that seemed to restrict my waving abilities! Bell View, or Bellevue, something like that. Oh well.
You're fun!
Thanks,
Matthew.
