The body is defined 
By the flesh as derived 
By the skin as stitched; 
Circumference; extremity 
Digits to head and 
Toes; sole to scalp 
Heart to breath as 
Lungs to death 
That which air is deficient 
Mercy upon thee, 
In the gasps for God; 
Pray to end 
Restore the soul
