Why do couples feel the need to have to post on media sites to prove to the world that they are happy and lovable and worthy and attractive. In other words, there seems to be little appeal in constantly writing updates about their relationship. Their joy should be in being together, not in posting about their intimate thoughts and feelings & posting for others to see about being together

Just my point of view friend...It's not the poetry in and of itself...because I find the poetry exquisite, beautiful, inspirational, with far, far too many artful adjectives  to list...The conundrum I find difficult to absorb are the very personal comments made on the poetry between those and their lovers... that in my opinion should be left to private messages, emails, telephones, one on one and etc. etc.

It seems to have somewhat of a soap opera effect and a bit of voyeurism to them. I remember when Hardrocklover (Bradford) was left in the dust. How embarrassed and sad he must have felt, so much so, that he left for awhile. My heart ached fort him. That's what I'm referring to, if the comments were personal messages, he may have not felt so intimidated.

It's all seems a bit sophomoric and adolescent when personal comments could be left in personal messages, in person, or on the tele. rather then public from all to see. Yes this site is kind of like a family between certain members. Even more so to try and avoid humiliating those who have felt the bitter sting of being left and replaced by another.

For goodness sake GoneButNotForgotten leave it go it is not your 
business to comment on any relationship on here, only on 
the poetry which you say you like, now your commenting on comments which 
to my mind has basically got nothing to do with you or anyone else only the people involved
Are you one of those trolls who go around trying to demean people because to my mind
you sure are having a good go at Cherie and Tony.  Your comments are  uncalled for and i say to you,
you are the one who is acting sophomoric and creating drama and you are humiliating yourself  by writing
such comments, Get on with your own life read the poetry write your poetry leave critiques and comments
treat Cosmo with respect it is a friendly poetry site with people enjoying writing  and reading poetry stories 
and seeing art it is not a place to slight  anyone`s relationship Not your business remember that before you
take the moral high ground Glide on love my friend just my point of view ........

How in God's name did I miss all this?!!!.....Wow!!....very interesting....I've read personal peoms and exchange between lovers here on Cosmo and to be frank I've learned so much from them.

Gonebutnotforgotten....you'd have inboxed your personnal opinion to Cherie and Tony if you had issues with their exchange rather than embarassing yourself the way you did....The Cosmo family is  filled with friends who go personal with each other....If you're not comfortable with it then "skip" rather than displaying you ignorance which you just did. The fact that Bradford had his experience doesn't mean others shouldn't live their lives.

Tony and Cherie...I admire you both...and what you share is sacred...I pray for a beautiful future filled with so much love happiness and bliss....Ride on....don't be discouraged...Keep them coming!
