End the Magic Show

i know of a serpent like man
a man who had *eyes-to-see* but refused to read
a mortal man who could hear without *ears-to-hear*
 
so in tune was he with his days
that he controlled the current of change
by imparting his spirits of deaf and blind daze
 
i pray that the scales fall off
and quick the wax falls out
because now we witness horror times
in dire need of an unblinding light and plenty indignant shout
