Envy

Envy

Envy
Does It Hurt To Stand Upon A Stage
Where Hundreds Of Eyes Beckon You
All Seeming So Cold
Chills Massaging Your Every Bone
It's Hard To Think
That You're Not Alone
That In Your Loneliness
There Comes A Salvation
A Meaning
A Stronger Will
A Beating
A S-S-Stutter To Fix The Clutter
Of Your Heart And Soul Meeting
Can You Despise A Horizon
A End To Your Beginning
A Night To Your Day
A Cold To Your Warmth
In That Sickness
Do You Feel
Does It Hurt To Stand Upon A Stange
Where Hundreds Of Eyes Beckon You
All Seeming So Dead
Envy
Why Should You Have To Be
A Pecking Order
To The Geese
An Easy Prey
Just Upon Your Knees
Envy
A Life Cannot Withstand
The Battleships At Hand
Yet, There In And There Out
Can Only Be One
No Stage Can Be Any More Grander
Than The One Of Which I Stand
I Can Say It Doesn't Hurt
And I Don't Envy
The Eyes Set Upon Me
