One of the affections truly disposed
Is envy
With vehement wishes
Coming so easily to those with desperate
Measures in mind
Greatness or jealousies intruding
Upon the scriptures
An eye for an eye, likewise
Astrologers calling in influences of stars
Creating animosity
In books of little more brain fodder
And envy
In it's essence
An ejaculation, or irradication
Of the eye......

Some have been so curious as to note
That when time hits the stroke
The envious hurts
And never fend off
The blows......
