Ever nothings

Ever nothings

Beautiful fear-
Lovely nightmares-
Are what lives here-Β
When night isn't darkness-
And love isn't light-
We hold our thoughts in our heads-
Not strong enough to fight-
And I'd jump into hell-Β
If you let me hold your hand-Β
Let you break my bones-Β
If your name on my heart, you would brand-
Could the clouds sweep me up-
Away from my pain-
And your tears in my cup-Β
Let the wind roll away my cries-
And crush my heart of glass-
The one thing I despise-Β
If snow was like the dust in my mind-Β
So pretty and pristine-Β
But as useless as a starlight once shined-
But one must never forget-
Or forgive the past mistakes-
Least yourΒ lovesΒ be changed-
Or leaveΒ memoriesΒ bleeding in your wake-
