Every little girl has to grow up...
This is so hard for me to write because I didn't want it to happen
My baby girl has grown up, this just crept up without any planning
I'm scared of the unknown, I'm just a father and still learning
It's so hard letting go, for her I just don't want to be a burden
From walking her to school to seeing her put make-up on
From teary eyes and waving her goodbye at the prom
From all she's went through it's made her so strong
From having faith in the innocence that's come and gone
Who do I turn to when she has new dreams?
I'm so proud that my baby girl is standing on her own two feet
Who do I speak to when she walks her own streets?
I'm so proud of my baby girl I can hardly breathe
In life we are here today but can be gone tomorrow
I'm going to live to witness her joy and not my sorrow
Nothing is promised so fill every moment, don't be hollow
If every little girl has to grow up, to mine, here's to tomorrow
If every little girl has to grow up, to mine, here's to tomorrow...

Brilliant Wayne, I have a little girl, grace.
She is turning 6 in August and she is over half the height of me, she is growing so fast. I love her so much that I can't even find the words to write about her, her love is just to much.
Thanks Gerrard ? they certainly do grow up fast, too fast for my liking haha ?
