Every Word

Every Word

It was said, " cannot read a sealed book",
But I can help release what the demons took!
The life blood of spiritual paradise,
Commanding their minions to think twice!

By every word shall destiny tremble!
Righteous works; found in a thimble!
Watch, as the mighty boulder released!
Crushes demons; and their booty fleeced!

Making paths straight; as it rolls forth!
Glory revealed; from the land north.
No unhallowed hand; can counter or stay!
The mountain that moves; all in its way!

The whole earth; and the wicked fates,
Will reel! from what came forth of gold plates.

What a write Jim , I loved the rhyme scheme and the image pouring out with the way this reads makes it feel like it’s just all falling down below right until the end  . Superb read

Hello Jim...

The way things are going I think God knows if He puts his feet up and rests we'll destroy our World ourselves...

God's patient and He knows just how greedy, reckless, selfish and destructible we are...

 God destroyed the World once...

I don't even think God needed a nap when it was done...

Great write!

Thank you for sharing...

You have incorporated several very memorable lines throughout what is essentially in its own write, a most memorable posting .. and what an amazing Daliesque image you have used to introduce it .. Neville :)

A powerful write on display here Jim.
Real fire, brimstone and not forgetting wrath poured into the mix.
Emotions running deep and no holding back.
Potent Hand of God imagery served up.
And great to view a well crafted poem that makes one's heart beat faster when reading and after for that matter.
Thank you for doing so and for sharing my poetry brother and hope all is well with you and the loved ones around you :)
