Woke up this morning
One more frame in the film
An old similar sound
Abrupt tunes closing the dream
Entering reality with baby steps
Half blind by the morning light
Drooling over familiar smells
Brewed up liquid comfort
Rushing to the dungeon
On our horseless carriage

Just like the walking dead
Lifeless, pushing for the big man
What have we become
Aren’t we to follow our dreams
My one and only wish
To remember why we are here
