Everything

     She likes to write about everything 
a cow, a dog, a tree 
she writes hundreds and thousands of poems 
but none about me 
     She likes to talk about everything 
How much fun she has 
but I’ve never once heard a word 
about how awesome I am 
     She loves to think about everything 
The present the future the past 
I just let her do her thing 
I  no longer even ask 
     She likes to be right about everything 
the past the present and future 
I’m gonna hand cuff her and take her pen 
that’s the right thing to do
