Expectations

Expectations

Since the day we are born our parents have a lot of expectations from a child
The baby who is just being born does not know anything,
Seeing new faces of family members makes us feel happy
Along the way when we grow up.

Our parents expectations grows higher and higher
Some will know what their child when he/she grows
Some will take time to reach the goal that they wanted to have for their child,
For others child will like to be free from all the expectations and pressures that they put on their child.

Each person has childhood that is different,
We create our own world where there is endless possibilities
But as we grow our dream is just a mere reality,
Before all the responsibilities we were told that "You can become whatever you want",
We believed that there is endless possibilities for who can afford the luxury

As we become adult we have our own expectations
For us is to be happy but there is always many problems like in home, job, money, bills etc.
Not everyone can reach the expectation that they once was a child dreaming big
Sometimes it is good to have expectation, it can led to reach a certain goal
But other times having too much expectations can led to procrastination which is not good for our mental being.

We as a people expect many things from other person
It is good and bad sometimes it creates additional pressure
Sometimes we question ourselves what are we doing in this life? Is it worth it? Why am I here?
When you start to look for answers
We start to compare on other people lives of how great their life is.
The people we are comparing also have expectations for themselves as we have for ourselves,
We as a people need to be happy with what we have not with what other's have.
