Exposed Souls

Inspired By Deborah Evans’ Poem “The Writer”
It is a deep journey into the mind of a poet
Pain-Anger-Love
The triumvirate of their repertoire
They write from their hearts
Of joy, of umbrage, and everlasting love
Their passion is guided by their inner sanctums
They expose them to their readers
They take them to the depths of their being
They share with them the secrets of their souls

Great poem SR Larry
Dear Greg,
Thank you so much fellow Knight.
Peace and Love,
Larry xxx
You can't differenciate a poet from his poem....I'm glad Debs piece inspired this...I enjoyed hers as well...Lovely write my Sweet Sweet Daddio
Love you
My Sweet Rose,
That's true my love. A poet's words are the gateway to their souls. I'm so happy that this found its way to yours.
Love you too,
Daddio xxx
But they always keep something back; something which is their's alone.
A great magician never reveals all the secrets!
And a great actress always leaves them wanting more!!!
your friend & fan,
J ;)
My Dear Friend Jason,
I totally agree. There is a special part of their soul that is reserved for only them. They may allude to it, but it will always remain hidden in their innermost recesses.
On the lighter side, I dated an actress once, and it was she who always wanted more! After six months, I had to kiss her goodbye, and practice celibacy for half a year, while in recuperation.
Peace and Love,
Larry xxx
Oh Larry!!
Ha! It's good to see you in a "life-affirming" mood today...it really is, my friend. Though, by the sounds of it...if it took you half a year to recuperate...my guess is that the magician may have revealed too many of his secrets!!
your friend & fan,
J ;)
My Dear Friend Jason,
You are right again. Right after I met her, the magician gave me a bottle of "love potion number nine", and for six months, was the most uplifting experience I've ever known.
Peace and Love,
Larry xxx

Hi Larry A wonderful piece I love every
word, I also love the title , which is so apt
The truth you speak here, because when we write
it is exactly, an exposing of our souls
A Great write my friend pinned
Love n hugs Debs xox
My Dear Debs,
A write that never would have happened had it not been for your insightful look into a poet's psyche. Thank you for your beautiful inspiration and kindest words about mine.
