Express one’s emotions 💙

One has to suppress grief when we are sad

Our emotions are just our weakness valves and are there to unclad

If we bottle things up well it will drive us mad 
                                 ~
Causes for concern are these reasons that we care

But they can drive you demented almost pulling out your hair

If you can lighten your load, it is best to share

There will always be some kind soul with a listening ear out there..
                               ~
So we smile when we are pleased but scowl when we are not

And at times we can become a raging storm when we lose the plot

Coz problems that are puzzling can tie us in a knot
