Dreadful internal pain, I am facing

While my heart beats, rapidly racing

Beautiful love, I'm certainly chasing

Walking this twisted path, I've taken

Jubilant elation, I happily endure

Forgetting a love, so very impure

Stubbornly demanding, to be totally sure

To finally settle, this turbulent heart

Bringing light, from the dark

Vividly fantasizing, of much better days

My newly tortured heart, still an array
