Eyes of Alice

Eyes of Alice

Down at the backend of the garden
This years crop's done well,
Hung to dry, now to try
Welcome to natures spell.
There are spectrums of colour
That I like in my garden,
From different angles I peek
Various views, reds and blues
Berries keen birds' eyes seek.
I love dewey mornings, I do
I do I really really do,
With the start of the sun shine
To illuminate the prism balls of dew,
How they sparkle, light beams shine,
Psycodelic glow
It would be easy to believe in fairies
Danceing to the show.
Natures breath blows perfumes
From aromatic plants,
The heady mix is working
Now seeing fairies herding ants.
Looking deeper through the foliage
To spy the fairies palace
I had the feeling if I turned my gaze,
It would be into the eyes of Alice.
