Faithfully Connected

I hear a deep voice way above me
From a source that is a mystery

Is it God or a chemical hallucination?
Hard to tell based on my current situation

Transmitting on a global frequency somewhere
Praying to a concept that may no longer be there

And yet faith is an up link required by man
Believing in a connection we don’t understand
