FALLING BRIDGE

I am walking away

from the bridge of destruction.

Over my shoulder

the immense expanse

of my life will decay and fall

and in its rubble my misfortunes

will lay

as carcasses of a forgotten time.

I have

become an Amethyst of Light

Spiritually bound by God

and all things

that contraband my Soul

will die here in its tortures.

I am

walking away with my Twin Soul.

Upon our path

an ambient love

will protect us on our journey

away from the devils heresy

and distant cries

of our past life echoes.

In the hands of God

we elevate

His Wisdoms before our own

and pray

that His mercy reins

completing and inviting us

into the Universe

where His Light resounds.

We hear the falling

of stones and metal girders

and the crunching sounds

for memories

have a distinct existence.
