FANTASY SONG TO A POETESS: CHRISTINA ROSSETTI

- not wake but

She is a link between poetry and fantasy;
 A pure spring from which all souls find ecstasy;
She is a tree watered by the river of beauty,
A bearing fruit the Hungary heart's treaty,
She is a nightingale, cheering the dejected,
 A spirit with her beautiful melodies ejected,
She is a white cloud appearing over sphere,
Ascending and growing up until it fades fear,
Then it falls on the flowers in the field of living,
Opening their petals to admit the light of loving,
She is an angel with a lamp to keep away dark,
Preaching the gospel of worship and to embark

Christina Rossetti was a poet who was born on December 5, 1830 in London, England. She mainly wrote devotional poems and poetry for children. In fact, I was in love with her melancholic verses when I was in my school. Though, She is no more, I adore her as one of my favorite, inspired Poetess,

Life worthless without
Creation, meaningless
Creation if no one to admire..
